These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the 92pkrk platform, including all betting, casino, and gaming services offered at 92pkrk.net. By registering an account or using any part of the 92pkrk platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full. 92pkrk services are available exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that use of 92pkrk is legal in your jurisdiction.
Each individual may hold only one registered 92pkrk account. Duplicate accounts — whether created under different mobile numbers, email addresses, or identity documents — are a violation of these Terms and subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.
All promotional bonuses, free spins, and free bet credits issued by 92pkrk are subject to wagering requirements and time limits specified at the point of offer. Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until applicable wagering conditions have been satisfied in full.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 92pkrk login credentials. 92pkrk cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate password security.
92pkrk processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and bank transfer are subject to the limits and processing times published in the Banking section of your account. Withdrawals are paid to verified accounts only.

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless context requires otherwise:
By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the 92pkrk Platform, or by registering an Account, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any additional policies and guidelines incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
This Agreement constitutes the entire legal agreement between you and 92pkrk in relation to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior representations, warranties, or agreements between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
Important: If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in full, you are not permitted to use the 92pkrk Platform or its Services. You must cease all use of the Platform immediately if you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement.
To register and maintain an Account with 92pkrk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
92pkrk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, address, and source of funds at any time. Acceptable identity documentation includes a valid CNIC issued by NADRA. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
Gambling by individuals under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited on 92pkrk. Any Account found to be registered by or operated on behalf of a minor will be closed immediately and all associated funds will be forfeited without recourse.
Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only on the 92pkrk Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different mobile numbers, different payment methods, different identity documents, or different devices — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
You warrant that all information submitted during the registration process is accurate, current, and complete. You further agree to update your Account information promptly if any such information changes. 92pkrk relies on the information you provide to fulfil its obligations under this Agreement and applicable regulatory requirements.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 92pkrk login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You agree to notify 92pkrk immediately via the support channel if you have reason to believe your credentials have been compromised. All activity conducted under your Account credentials is deemed to be authorised by you unless you have notified 92pkrk of a breach prior to such activity occurring.
Where 92pkrk identifies the existence of duplicate Accounts attributed to the same individual, 92pkrk reserves the right to close all such Accounts without prior notice, withhold or void all Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds across those Accounts, and restrict future registration by the same individual.
All financial transactions on the 92pkrk Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 92pkrk currently supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without prior notice.
Deposits are credited to your PKR Wallet upon confirmation of receipt by 92pkrk's payment processing systems. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing limits are displayed within the Banking section of your Account dashboard. 92pkrk does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply independent charges.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts that are registered in your own name and have been used to make at least one prior deposit to your 92pkrk Account. 92pkrk reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawal requests. Standard withdrawal processing times are published in the Banking section; 92pkrk targets same-day processing for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals but does not guarantee specific processing timelines.
92pkrk is required to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may suspend or delay processing of any transaction it suspects may be connected with money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity. In such circumstances, 92pkrk reserves the right to report the matter to relevant authorities without notifying the Account holder.
92pkrk does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to accounts held in the names of third parties. Payments to or from another individual's JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account are not permitted under any circumstances.
92pkrk offers promotional bonuses, free bet credits, free spins, and other incentive schemes to registered Players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the point of offer, in addition to the general conditions set out in this section.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game contributions, minimum odds restrictions (for sports bonuses), and expiry period for each promotion are specified in the individual promotion terms. Players are advised to review these terms before opting into any promotion.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per Player, per household, and per registered payment method. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through duplicate Accounts or multiple payment methods constitutes abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them.
92pkrk reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim new-player bonuses, using automated software to place qualifying bets, or placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk.
92pkrk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any modification will not affect Bonus Funds already credited to a Player's Account, provided the Player has not already begun wagering those funds under the original terms.
All bets placed and games played on the 92pkrk Platform are subject to the specific product rules governing the relevant market or game type, in addition to the general provisions of this Agreement.
A bet is only accepted and confirmed once you have received an explicit confirmation message from the 92pkrk system. Bets pending confirmation are not valid. In the event of a system error or technical fault that results in the incorrect acceptance or confirmation of a bet at incorrect odds, 92pkrk reserves the right to void that bet and return the staked amount to your PKR Wallet.
92pkrk reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or under conditions that result from a manifest error — including but not limited to obvious pricing errors, data feed errors, and typographical errors in market names or event details. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your PKR Wallet. 92pkrk will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from manifest errors.
In-play betting markets, including live cricket markets covering PSL and international fixtures, are offered on a best-efforts basis. Live odds update continuously and reflect real-time match conditions. 92pkrk reserves the right to suspend or remove in-play markets at any time without notice, including during periods of technical disruption, data feed interruption, or unusual betting patterns.
All casino and live dealer games available on 92pkrk use certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical dealing procedures overseen by professional dealers. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are determined over statistically significant sample sizes and may not be achieved in individual playing sessions.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 92pkrk Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
92pkrk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the PKR Wallet — including pending withdrawals — may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is established, verified balances will be returned via the Player's registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding promotional obligations.

All content on the 92pkrk Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive intellectual property of 92pkrk or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of 92pkrk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92pkrk, its directors, officers, employees, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if 92pkrk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In all circumstances, 92pkrk's aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
92pkrk does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network disruptions, and technical issues may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Services. 92pkrk will use reasonable efforts to minimise such disruptions but assumes no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability.
The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data by 92pkrk is governed by the separate 92pkrk Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
92pkrk collects personal data including your name, CNIC details, registered mobile number, postal address, and financial transaction data. This data is used to operate and secure your Account, comply with regulatory obligations including anti-money laundering and age verification requirements, and improve the Platform and Services. Your data is never sold to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
92pkrk reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 92pkrk will notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the amendment notice.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and contact 92pkrk to request Account closure.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92pkrk holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through 92pkrk's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact 92pkrk's customer support team to attempt resolution of any dispute informally. 92pkrk will use reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within fourteen (14) days of receipt of a formal written complaint submitted through the support channel.
Pakistani players may also seek independent advice from consumer protection bodies if they believe their complaint has not been handled fairly by 92pkrk's internal process.
